In just over an hour this whole area of knowledge was summed up perfectly making this more common knowledge to me.
The course was enjoyable to do. Informative interesting and great for refreshing vital information when working within the food sector. I would happily do more levels.
A great introduction towards the Food Safety and Hygiene field and very informative. It gives you a strong feeling of preparation when going into the work and tasks given that regard it. Would highly recommend to employers and trainees looking for a career in the area.

Majority of the content was covered in level one. Very repetative Was just the last few slides that did not feature in level 1
