I enjoyed the course was a good pace,and brought me up to date with the food hygiene rules.
Awful lot of things to take in. Presenters were clear but felt by last 2 sections was falling asleep plus expecting to look at extra resources to answer 1 question !! Then felt a question could be proved wrong ie microorganism's can not be tasted or smelt as they do actually produce a compound that has a distinctive taste and smell if google it !! very unfair as not really 1 way or another but lost a mark . Answers should be very definante way of wrong !!!! would have liked to print my own certificate after spending 2 hrs without pay rather than my firm say ok you passed !! Took far longer than 70 mins as said to do and listen .
The training modules are clear and concise, packed with a great deal of information. I found the calibration of the independent probe thermometer easy to understand and very useful. I made notes as I worked through the training which helped with the test, there is a lot to remember!
Excellent training lots of useful information Enjoyed learning everything Refreshed my brain
The course did not overwhelm with details, so the practical basics that are important in daily life at work stood out.
