More confidence about working with food
I understand its aimed at kitchens and general food handling but I was hoping that course would be more manufacturing biased.
Kate was great with any help we needed the videos were very informative overall a good course todo
I think it is good that I have done this and received my certificate as it will be a big requiremet for me to have this.
Although I have already been trained in food hygiene, I picked up some refreshers on how to operate in my own kitchen at home!
