The training was good, clear and understandable. Obviously during the covid situation, face to face teaching can't happen but it would have been better to have been able to be together as a group face to face with tutor. However, totally understand that's not possible so otherwise the course was good.

As an older person found this course very helpful and easy to understand.

I felt it was easy to follow and understand the way it was put together was very good and most people should be able to pass with ease.

I think a lot of this was common sense but it was good to know the legal side of being responsible for food safety and hygiene. The training proved a useful reminder to keep up to date with good practice.

I was pleased with the knowledge gained. This opened my understanding what really food and safety hygiene means in real business world. How important to complying by and meeting requirements standards set by government and health and safety authorities. Also the severity of likely implications of business ignorance of regulations.

Wish I had time to go through all the extra material..!
