It's a while since I done my level 2 course , so this helped me refresh a few points . The course us well set out and easy to understand .
At times my mind wondered because I was a little bored and so missed some information but on the whole a clear and informative course. I needed reminding of some of the points so very worthwhile.
Was easy to follow, but I think you get more learning and interaction in a group. But I did like the fact that you could take your time with the test and told you if answer wrong or right.
I my self learnt alot. Very worthy.

This training is totally worthy for people to understand the deep knowledge of HACCP & local authority regulations in UK. Thumbs up
