Although this course contains lots of information, I found that it was hard to concentrate and focus for a period of time as it wasn't presented very interestingly. Instead of just having a person talking, I would appreciate a lively, interesting course that makes you remember the information with more visual information.
Very good overall. Please check there isn’t an error saying to bring hot food to 70C for 2 minutes in one place instead of 75C in another.. one set of questions seemed a bit confusing about surrounding comments in the final test. Once you press on an answer you can’t change your mind.
