Very useful for beginners and very well explained
The 2 speakers kept me engaged in the course, and having video instead of reading helped alot, also the fact they where short, but informative at the same time. One of the better food hygiene courses I've taken.
I enjoyed this course and learnt quite a few things I did not know. Well worth the time spent
the course was good and gave us all the information we needed to keep safe in a Kitchen

Very informative, however I didn't like the fact some questions forced you to download a pdf
