This course was much clearer and easy to remember than other versions I have done in the past. The extra resources and downloads are great too.
It was a very informative course and I was reminded about lots of things which you tend to forget but I am doing this as a teacher who may cook with a class once in a while and so there is quite a lot of content which is not relevant. This had to be watched in order to complete the test.
