The program was clear and easy to navigate. The information was clear but descriptive and the well designed multiple choice questions got you to think about why the answer it was. The whole thing wasn't to long to avoid getting bored or over loaded. Would highly recommend.

I liked this course and enjoyed it an the course was very informative about the food standards and practises.So was a good refresher course for anyone who handles or deals with food and the safe practises we should all use everyday in our job role.

Very instructive, interesting and clear and easy to follow. Well presented.

The content and presentation of the course were both very good, thank you. The course was relatively long. The single questions within the course were helpful. However the test questions right at the end of the course felt a bit 'flat'. Test questions after each section of the course might have been better, allowing a wider range and a greater depth of question.

Sometimes a little repetitive

I think this course is very good as its simple and clear to understand and doesn't take much time to complete.
