This training was much better than a previous food hygiene course I have attended. Videos, along with break up questions, allowed the course to flow seamlessly and was easy to listen to and follow the transcript. The course is also fascinating in the fact of it delves into different bacteria and what threats they pose. Something I'm intrigued by. Thanks for a very well put together course.
