The training course was very useful as lots of important information was provided in a manner that was easy to understand. However, I believe that some of the summary pages contained useless information and needed to contain important information about the video. Also several more diagrams or visual representation of words should be given to all reader to fully engage with the videos.

I enjoyed doing the course as I was able to take a break and return to it at my convenience. Also the language was very clear (no jargon) and precise. 5

The course reflexted the regulatory nature of our society and was a triffle politically correct. However all the points made were relevant and pertinent and was excellent in sharpening up existing practice, or on occaasions, highlighting matters which had not previously been appreciated. A well presented and structured course and overall was a positive experience.
