very enjoyable and to the point
it should refer to manufacturing food as to a normal retail restaurant as it started talking about coloured copping boards and that has nothing to do with my job roll, but all in all it was very informative!!!

This course has integrity, is pretty comprehensive yet is straightforward. A course that reassures that its successful completion demonstrates a solid level of training. The learning (presented by around fifty 1-2min short videos) takes around 90 mins. The test around 10 mins. All online with instant certification on passing. If you concentrate and take in the learning the test should be straightforward to pass. Very satisfied and would recommend to handlers and managers alike.
