It was quite long and I made a huge amount of notes as I don't ha e a printer or computer so had to rely on a friends to to get me through the coarse .
I really enjoyed this course! The way the modules were broken down into short explanations , and you were able to pause and replay if you liked made it easier to absorb. I learned a lot!
I did the whole course on my phone and expected the navigation to be a nightmare, but it's exceedingly easy to use. The course presenters are also highly skilled in video presentation. For once I wasn't distracted by silly little annoyances like noticing someone is just reading text behind the camera! I've done the same course with another provider and this is 1000x better.

Covers a lot of subjects other hygiene courses don’t..
I have a gained very good knowledge on this course. I will apply the knowledge I gained in my role in the canteen and even at home. I will share this knowledge with my colleague
One mistake in video. States use paper towel to switch off tap. Should also refer to not using contaminated hands to switch tap on.
course is very and very interesting I liked it
Probably a bit more involved than what's needed for the kind of food preparation being carried out within this service, but good to cover all areas.
