I found this training to be very thorough and relevant to my role. I think it was good to have the videos and the transcripts available and other resources so that you could take notes and that format would help different learners. I liked that you could do it in part or all at once to suit own time constraints.

Very clear and not too long

Varied teaching methods used , narrator , video, lists keeps the interest going . Only extra clip not understood was the Covid ,I downloaded it but found no reference to catering

The course highlighted and made me aware of my legal responsibilities when involved in food preparation. Was very clear about the importance of correct temperature control both in preparing cooking and storage of food
