A great course, even if you have been preparing meals for family, friends etc for years. This course covers, common sense, best practise & even ideal layout for your kitchen ie food preparation. I have re-addressed areas & learnt new legislation. Really easy to follow in bite size pieces
Very easy to follow and understand
Took over an hour to complete, wish I could have skipped some of the videos as a lot of it I already knew.
Very helpful and enjoy it
It would be nice if you also think of the smaller kitchens when doing the videos. We don’t all have the room for three different preparation areas, the sink space, the staff to do different tasks. Just saying.
This course, although just 70 mins long is factual and packed with so much information. It's easy to follow but keeps your interest, unlike many e-learning courses we are forced to endure in so called 'training'. I found it very helpful.
