The course was good, learned a lot of new things
I really enjoyed the corse,held my interest, and was made easy to follow and I liked the way the speakers were changed frequently.
the course is based on general common sense when handling food and is useful at home, work if that applies and in other situations where food is being served or prepared.
Liked the general interface and the easy on the eye look with the navigational tools making the course experience overall very good indeed
