A very good course . Covered all aspects of food hygiene. Very easy to follow and well put together.
Engaging training course, I made use of the transcripts to cement my understanding of any parts I didn't follow. Found the test stressless and throughly tested my understanding without trying to catch me out.
Really enjoy doing the courses ,and good you can do them at your own time and speed

A lot to get through and take in, especially some legal requirement terminology etc. Did get bored. A lot seemed bit irrelevant as where I am volunteering, we do not actually prepare food, it is all ready prepared, but having said that, I took some info away for home use!
