Really informative course lots to take in, some parts were run through quicker than others. I only have to keep room clean and handle fruit to cut up for the children and help with serving and cleaning up after meals so is all this information necessary if only doing these roles? I understand if i was preparing meals , cooking them its just an observation really, thank you
