I initially thought i would do the training course as soon as i received the e-mail to 'get it out of the way' but found myself enjoying the videos which i thought truly reflected the real food world based on my experience so far. The test was also brilliant without any misleading questions or ambiguous answers.

It goes into very good detail and test you nicely during the training to help with remembering. Also it has examples of how to do things which helps you to also learn and know how to do it. it switches the people to keep your interest and make you stay focussed on the training.
Helpful hints and good wording makes the course accessible for everyone

I found this course brilliant, for what I need it for. Its great value for money, can be worked through easily at my pace, fits around my busy family life and will help work towards a future career. The one downside I would say would be, that once or twice I had to reload the video, as I could hear it but not see it!
Although the course content was very thorough, I would have preferred the option to choose even transcript or watch video. The video just repeated verbatim what the transcript said and made the modules boring to listen to. However, being able to read the transcript at my pace of reading would have resulted in the same level of comprehension but allowed me to finish the course quicker. I have been on similar courses online which have allowed transcript, video and transcript or just video. Giving the user options of how they wish to participate would be far better.
