Quite a lot to take in in one session and to achieve the pass mark of 90%. I was determined to complete and with taking my time and lots of concentration I achieved the pass mark. Difficult but a very important part of my job. Was glad that I achieved my goal

Covered a wide range, I learned a great deal and feel more prepared when helping to cater for events.

This is a fairly complex & very important subject which is conveyed here in a clear and concise way. The presenters do their job well (I liked that they alternated). The graphics were good (scary micro-organisms...) and the filmed sequences got the message across well. Can't really fault this.

I really enjoyed this course as it covers everything that one needs to know about Food Hygiene. How it helps to prevent contamination, illness etc.

After I read and watched the videos, I can clearly say am very pleased with the simplicity in words and highly informative in very sensitive matters and issues concerning the health and safety and well being. Having completed the course it refresh my memory and staying up to date with food hygiene training.

This course had a lot of information to store, but repeated rules policies etc., so that you would remember them. "Clean as you go" HACCP training , Hand Food Equipment require 3 sinks etc.,

Another interesting, informative course. Not overlong and very clear and concise. Thank you.
