Food & Hygiene courses are very important for all establishments dealing with various food preparation or serving foods in any form, as it ensures all staff are up to date, know the particulars that cause food posing, cross contamination, allergies etc, with any change’s, it also helps within your own household, knowing the likelihood of keeping yourself clean and healthy, food, pets etc away from areas of preparation. Good to have these refreshers regularly.
