Accurate and to the point, without boring you to death with cartoon stuff like many other Health and Safety tests.
good, easy to listen, may be a bit too long but is suitable for the cause and safety of customers
The course was well structured, clear and informative. It took me quite a bit longer than 70 minutes to complete, but I was taking notes to help the information stick in my mind. I found some of the test questions a little tricky as the wording seemed a little ambiguous. All round, it was an interesting and useful course, thank you!
