I Found the coarse interesting, clear and enlightening I learned things I wouldn’t have realised or thought of! Some is common sense, but I didn’t know all re consequences of certain ‘negative’ actions I will definitely be more aware in the kitchen in future
The course was very thorough indeed, very clearly spoken and easy to understand.
The pre course videos were very helpful and easy to understand. plus, being able to back and look again at certain areas was useful. The added info on some questions where I could look into in more depth was also useful.

Not sure the video part is needed.I do not agree with the percentage result being printed on the certificate.Some departments display their results on the wall. I think those with a lower grade may feel inferior
