This course was full of important information but was far too long in my opinion.
maybe change up the talking for some more visual images and tasks
Thought provoking, something we all do every day handling food, very interesting I learned a lot
Great explanation of all areas, and additional information is worth reading also. Was good to be able to keep coming back to as I was doing it during opening hours so had to keep coming back to it but knew I was able to. The only thing I found a little annoying on my behalf is I clicked a wrong answer and I knew the answer so just remember to double/triple check answers before pressing continue, which I then did on others.
Everything clear and understand. I study some of things I doesn’t know before .
