A very well-thought-through course, excellently presented. I liked the bite-size sections, which meant that you could easily go back over something you didn't understand the first time. Although most learners will need this course for their work, the material is usefully transferable to other contexts, including home life. To be recommended.

We've previously completed a full day face to face session. It was very long winded and lots of issues got lost along the way. This training was great. I was surprised how much I enjoyed listening to the videos and found a lot of it very interested, especially the procedures and paperwork aspects. I watched it all on one afternoon and completed the quiz straight away. Very good session - totally relevant for our team. Thank you.
