I found this course very informative.Maybe a little too much information for my exact needs but very good to have. Plenty of time to take everything in and you were able to go back if necessary.

Due to lack of time this should be reduced as it has taken far too long to sit and listen. One of the questions isn't clear enough,

This was an interesting and easy to understand course but I feel that it is suitable to those working in the catering industry. Although there were parts that were relevant to our Trust's Health Care assistants, I feel that a much simpler version would be more appropriate. I feel that while it was nice to know, it was completely irrelevant to myself who has been office based for the last five years and has no patient contact and I am unable to understand why I had to spend 80 plus minutes completing something that is not role essential.

I have getting more experience and knowlege. Also my feeling better than before. Very helpful this course. Thanks

The course covered a wide range of topics all relating to food hygiene and best practices. There were questions thoughtout to keep you engaged and easy to use tools to pause content as required. The oral information was very clear and easy to understand. Plenty of additional information to read if required also.
