Example shown of dosing of a sanitiser into a sink of water is clearly unmeasured and just 'a slosh will do' attitude. Not good enough! It's also stated that MSDS contain usage guidance for chemicals. I have reviewed thousands of MSDS, and never once seen usage guidance within one. There is also some confusing wording within the test - e.g. 'wash hands after changing task' is given as a correct answer, but surely that should be before changing tasks or during the change of task!

Some frustration at moving backwards and forwards during the presentation but overall a very clear and instructive course. Very helpful that you could exit and revisit as quite time consuming, in one session. Thanks you
