This Food Hygiene course was very informative for my job role and in general day to day life.

It was very straight forward and easy to understand.

I usually have to attend an outside venue for this course and found doing it at my home was more beneficial. I could concentrate better and had less distractions from other participants.

Example shown of dosing of a sanitiser into a sink of water is clearly unmeasured and just 'a slosh will do' attitude. Not good enough! It's also stated that MSDS contain usage guidance for chemicals. I have reviewed thousands of MSDS, and never once seen usage guidance within one. There is also some confusing wording within the test - e.g. 'wash hands after changing task' is given as a correct answer, but surely that should be before changing tasks or during the change of task!
