Because of my dyslexia I found no problem doing the course
The course is good but I already had an up to date food hygiene certificate that tops wouldn’t accept. I find it very hard trying to fit these course in to my own time and not getting anything back for them.

Very informative course. Didn't think about how much the restaurant have to put in and maintained regarding food allergies and preparations. The laws/regulations they have to be compliant with as a food handler.
