It's just a basic food safety and would be perfect if we worked in catering but not much about our work environment.Wish there was more food safety about knife sharpening and the metal that needs to be washed off after. (I see people just using it without cleaning)
Most if the course was very good and precise.I found the wording on the couple if questions at the end were quiet confusing!Hence I got them wrong
