I found the Food and Safety training valuable and convenient as it was online. The presentation of the course was easy to understand and memorable.
Good information about Food Hygiene. I work as a Play Specialist on a medical ward but never prepare food for patients or give food out on the ward at lunch time.. So the training was somewhat new to me.
