This course was really good and very Academic that’s really helpful because now l know about how I will keep my food hygiene in the future in fact this showed me I should be clean and keep everything clean in kitchen and house moreover I enjoyed this course and know about new things and information. Time and temperature are crucial in food safety the core temperature of hot food /hot holding equipment should never go below 63c.cook food should be under 5c ASAP (preferably within 19 mins) before stored
