I enjoyed completing this training and found it worthwhile use of time. I'm sure my awareness of food handling issues has been increased and will be of use at home as well as when volunteering in a local cafe + kitchen.

I liked the videos. A lot to take in - I am a visual learner and I like graphics to support the oral presentation. I liked the videos. I appreciate some people prefer just someone talking with minimal graphics.
There was alot to take in but it has really refreshed my memory and will continue to practice the information given during this course
