Clear & easy to hear as i am very deaf and wear 2 hearing aids that was important to me. A lot of ground covered in a 1.5 hour course. Only thing i felt should have been mentioned in the cleaning materials section is the word COSHH & just at least say what it stands for. overall excellent & coverers all legal & relevant topics.
