Good to replay some sections prior to doing the test as they go through them quite quickly

Some very minor grammatical errors are towards the end of course where "it's" is used instead of "its"! Noticed no gloved hands which was a bit of a surprise, having recently been in a domestic care environment where that would have been mandatory. However, if very strict washing of hands and presumably no skin complaints (what about plasters, whether blue or otherwise?) presumably this is OK.
The course is very good .It is something I will advice everyone to partake in.I really benefited from it.
Even better if the speed of the playback could be made faster.
