Very good course, love the navigation( pause when needed/ documents to download/ videos); could be great if added more of the ‘what if’ situations, for instance showing kitchens dirty, with signs of broken standards, examples of real places even closed down,cases taken from media. Nevertheless engaging course, well designed in form and content
The training was very informative and i learnt an lot about the rules and regulations of the food hyigene in the industry.
