The hygiene part and cleanliness was excellent as I serve tea and coffee. I never cook or prepare hot food so only need the basics.
I was very happy to do this course it was very clearly explained and easy to follow.
An amazing user-friendly format that's easy to navigate. It didn't really feel like taking a test due to how information is presented.It's an ideal platform for learning.

Really thorough course covering the topic in sufficient depth but with further info to click on if required. One slight criticism - I prefer to mute the speaker and read the transcript and take notes and do this at my own speed. However I was unable to click to the next slide until the speaker had finished which slowed me down at times.
