I learnt a lot from the course
Brilliant overview of the risks, regulations and safety that comes with Food Hygiene and Safety. Doesn't take long and is very easy to understand but it also ensures that you understand and take in all the details around this topic. I would recommend this training to anyone that is in the food sector.

Very easy to follow, also learnt so much.
This was a very good course for anyone involved in commercial catering. However it seemed almost totally irrelevant for selling cakes at an open-air stall where there are no facilities. There were however a few good pointers which have a general application.
