Really enjoyed doing this course. The video clips were nicely explained & great that I coukd come back to it in-between seeing to my children's dinners & other daily tasks .
Very clear presentation with checks on knowledge throughout the training and a test at the end.

The level 2 food hygiene course is once again easy to follow and expertly concise. What gives this level the edge is, after completing the level 1 element and moving to the level 2 side of the scale, it reviews everything learnt in the previous course before moving on to the added contents for level 2. This allows the student to revise what was previously learnt, in the trademark easy and comfortable way as before.
The narrative and visual prompts were very memorable, as a dyslexic this worked for me .
Important information. Gained a lot of knowledge.
I found it easy to follow the content, and understand it too. Everything was clear and to the point. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to take a course of this nature.
