I learned a lot about food safety and hygiene that I didn’t knew before
Lot to take in but but was rare easy to understand
only thing I wasn't sure of is the HACCP side, as to what extent training is required for level 2, was what was covered adequate for level 2?

i really enjoyed the curse it contem a lot of information, that is good to know and learn about it. unfortunately when it came to the end i was feeling very tired and i lost concentration, on the questions i do apologise.
