Concise segments, and easy to leave and pop back to as pretty long. Got thrown a curve ball regarding a question on the 'dehydration of products' to preserve them that hadn't previously been covered in the main body of the course - the answer may be in further information, but threw me at the time. Overall I enjoyed the course.

I preferred sitting at home doing the test than in a classroom, the ladies talking was very clear and understanding i found it was better than reading a book defiantly 5 stars
