The information was presented clearly, was made easy to grasp, in a logical manner, with good illustrations.
I thought there was two much information in different sections so the test should have been do sections then test us not all at the end
They taught us a very helpful and knowledgeable for the food handlers to save their and everyone's life on the earth.
