A rather wordy and boring course. Sorry I kept dropping off to sleep whilst listening and watching! Could the same information be communicated in far less words?? ..... In perhaps half the time?

I'm alright with this test and information. But would be much nicer if test could me more in depth, not only general information. It makes this training way to easy and all answers in general are quite predictable by logical terms. For my personal perspective we need much longer and much difficult training to prove that you listen everything, to delete this skip button to make sure that everyone will listen everything because it's important to know this information for ourself and others safety. Overall good test but lacks more information and more difficult test.
There was much more information in this course than in other courses on food safety and hygiene that I have done previously.
I found this course interesting. The information was presented in an approachable way and it was both helpful and enjoyable.
This course was long ! To be honest I wanted to give up several times! It is a thorough course but I think Level 1 would have been better for me as I am a volunteer.
