Helpful slides. Most of the information was new to me.
Engaging and to the point. Could put a little more focus on the legal aspects but for a level 2 ticks a box nicely.
I do not work with food or food preparation in my job role and don't know anyone on my team who does. We are not in catering. I asked for this course, which was the most time consuming, be removed from my list along with another pertaining to food allergens but neither were removed.
Although I did not have any issue completing the training I do feel it is far too involved in detail for my job role as as a domicilliary care worker only small parts of this apply. We do not cater ,receive deliveries ,store food as working in tenants own flats. I realise that the training is covering many job roles within the company but maybe a less involved course would be more suitable.
