Great information in course, however extremely long and you would have to set aside a few hours, within your working day. Not always achievable when working environment is extremely busy.

The Food Hygiene Training is Fantastic. I have gained a lot more knowledge due to the fact that these short videos that are presented before the quiz .These short little videos can give you knowledge about the things that are meant to be known.
