I found this course to be very comprehensive. It consolidated knowledge I already had whilst incorporating new very invaluable information which will be useful in the future.
Could the percentage be taken off certificates? It can become competitive amongst staff.

Should be able to read information not just watch video. Have to watch entirely whereas reading is more efficient.

Great information in course, however extremely long and you would have to set aside a few hours, within your working day. Not always achievable when working environment is extremely busy.
