Understandable
Although the course is information there are a lot of elements covered that are catering industry related so if working in a professional kitchen as a food prep of chef it's more related to that but all other elements are useful in a home kitchen and storing food
It was so good reminding me of everything that I had stored away in my memory file and because of COVID all the extra things one needs to do
Thank fully I do most of what was said ( not got 3 sinks ) as don’t work in cafe restaurant just at home or in school but a great course thankyou
