I found the course concise and very easy to understand. It is very helpful to be able to go back to the course and the format presented in segments.
It's an online course! Did what it set out to do. Would be nice if it highlighted anything different from the last time it was set
I tried to retake the test after I got two subjects incorrect however it took me back to the start and would not have a retake the test, left frustrated with below my expected score
Easy to follow but quite long winded. Some of the sections were basic common sense !
It was a pleasure to listen and understand how the things work in the hotel
