A good course that takes you through food hygiene and safety when in the role of food handler. The videos were interesting and easy to follow, and the fact that you can return to where you left off with the course is a big plus, as not everyone would have time to complete it in one sitting. I found the videos interesting and informative.
Straight forward, easy to understand, narrated in a simple language most people would follow easily. Broken down into little snippets so the information is easier to take in, no unessecary jargon.
Most people should know, but its good to know more ways to prevent and avoid the contamination of bacteria.
Invaluable information. I am now fully up to date in modern hand washing techniques, and will try my best to remember to cook chicken before eating it.
