Clear and comprehensive coverage of all the basic essential things you need to know if operating in a commercial kitchen. Videos were all to the point and providing further more detailed information in the side bar was useful too.

I enjoyed it as it was more common sense questions than anything so it made it quite easier but other than that it was a mediocre test.

This course is brilliant. It's very informative and helpful for everyone who purchases and cooks food. It covers every part of that process. It's a great way to ensure food safety. It's also a very quick and easy method of learning this very important information.

Nicely presented with clear speakers and well filmed and demonstrated. Straight and to the point information and tight editing. Sensible questions asked in the final section. All round a well put together online course.

Very good content covers A to Z of the Food hygiene. nice is phased out to cover all the aspects as a food handlers you would need to know. Only issue i can see is the GUI needs improvement. everytime a section ends we have to move next and increase the size to full screen probably thought should be given else continuity is lost for user experience.

The course is very instructional, informative, and straightforward so as a student it's something you'd go for when it comes to online courses.
